I think you mean XWE, and to fix the problem, go to View, then make sure the first four stuffs are all checked.

I know you are having trouble with a program, but there is no need for you to speak in all caps. Explain your problem clearly like everyone else and then it will be easier for us to help you out.

If by "listbar" you mean "toolbar", pres F11.
