Soc Abilities...

Hello everyone I just wanna say SRB2 is the best thing I've seen since Sonic 2. (The multiplayer in S3 wasn't that good... )

Well, um, I wanna add a special ability to SRB2, wall-bouncing? Is this possible? If it is, can some one help me? --Bored.

You can make maps that have walls you are bouncing of, or you can give the player-object the MF_BOUNCE flag with the soceditor...

Edit: Woops... I just realized that this was not what you meant.

Wall-Bouncing isn't possible.

I don't think most people get what can be SOCced, and what can't be SOCced

Custom Charabilities are very limited, I think it may have been a bad idea making how to create them public knowledge, no one seems to get it.

Basically there are Limitations. Although Making a Wall that induces Bouncing to get through, Soccing is simply impossible. =/

But in Srb2 SPmoves it IS possible

before you ask:
1) you cannot have SPmoves, Its dead
2) there's no download link to it...
3) dont do the above 2

Cyan. Just plain Cyan. Wall jump.

It's basically just the glide ability... without the glide, and without the ability to go up and down walls. You can go against a wall, jump, grab and hang on, then jump again continuously. Not very useful if not in a closed area.

Asdasd... You are thinking of Jake... who had the wall jump, but couldnt move while stuck to a wall

Cyan could move on the wall, faster than knuckles, but CYAN could not glide... Jake cant glide either...

Jake = Wall jump and no glide
Cyan = No glide and fast climbing abilities

Alright? I hope I made that clear
