Aaaaand some idiot has already marked it for deletion. I have NO idea why they think the game isn't notable enough, as it has a big fanbase. (members page says there are 4000 members alone!) By the way, I've also been editing it to make it a better article.

It's Wikipedia. For something to stick, it can't be original research or linked to information on a wiki or the main website. It has to cite articles written about SRB2 that attest to its notability or facts about it. You can't just throw up a wall of text, you have to throw up a wall of text that cites at least 10 different publications, and the more notable the better.

SRB2 has been featured in gaming magazines, and referenced in IGN articles, so it might be notable enough for a Wikipedia page. Maybe.

The bigger problem is: why on earth is the article called "SRB2", and not "Sonic Robo Blast 2"? You never use abbreviations for article titles.

You aren't the first to try to get SRB2 to stick to Wikipedia, and unfortunately you probably won't be the last.

Nice try, better luck next year, gg, etc.

What's the point of having a Wikipedia article on the game anyway? Those things are good for stuff in print or similar, or that need some listing of information about them easily accessible on the internet, but we have all of that freely accessible between the site, wiki, and MB; an article isn't needed for the game. Heck, the article over on Sonic Retro's wiki is only relevant because they index a lot of fangames over there.
