Oh, yeah. I forgot, I already had this one, but I want a better version. Have you played as that particular Mecha Sonic? It sucks.
 
Super Marvel vs Capcom Arthur.
Balanced 100% and quick but weak, his specials are super awesome too. (No pun intended.)

Yeah, Infinity Mugen Team Makes great MUGEN characters.

But my Favorite Mugen Characters of all Time has to be, Warusaki3's CVS Characters, And MugenHunter's SNK Style Sonic Characters.
 
A super sayian trunks out their has a special move that traps you in an never ending energy attack in the air. I think their's a vid of it on youtube.
 
I also love playing as Cheep-Chomp. He can swallow the other guy whole, which is an instant KO. The funniest part is when Cheep-Chomp is fighting a guy with a loud or drawn-out dying sound effect.

Dopefish can do something similar, but Cheep-Chomp's attack is far more likely to hit.
