So yea is it worth getting the full game on the xbox arcade and what features have they added, i know they have a score board but what other features have they added
 
No. It's an awesome game and I love it. (It was the first game I ever played.Still play it today.) But why spend that much money on that? I mean with all the emulators these days just do that. I still have the genesis version.

so do i, i just want to know what features they have put on it
 
Basically the same game but you I don't think you can use cheats.
To start/exit/save you use the xbox live menue on the side.
But there are achievments.

Plus doing Emulators is bad,mega colelction for gamecube.Errrr
