no, all i see are a couple of drunked dudes, in which havent changed their brake fluid for a LOOOONNNNG time....and who are all heading in the direction of a hospital ;)

Except for the fact that there's no way they could pull that off drunk. If they got pulled by a cop, it'd be for reckless driving, not for a DUI. :P

I guarantee their tires are ruined though.

That depends entirely on who's doing the watching. While he found it disturbing, I found it hilarious.
