[KART] Chrispy's Character Creation Contest [C4]

I've updated Caterkiller for V2 of C4. The only changes I made were to its sounds; I lowered their volumes due to complaints that they were too loud. (If you thought the sounds were too loud please let me know if this version resolves that issue!) Shortcut to attachment download.
