Simple someone is being a jackarse to some of the best fan game developers site and forum on the planet!

I believe someone did a spam check on this forum and reported a lot of exploits. We need to patch this board up, if only Mystic knew more about how to operate the board. :P
 
Changing the names of viewprofile.php and viewtopic.php appear to help. I think this is because spambots check for the default names and get horribly confused when they do. For example, the ZDoom.org forums name these salad and potato respectively.

Forcing E-Mail activation also helps since bots often don't have a valid E-Mail address as well.

No, the latter has actually been disabled to fix the fact that the e-mail registrations weren't going out. Eventually I should spam proof the forums, but honestly, they aren't all THAT frequent enough that I'm annoyed enough to fix it.
