How do you find out the IP adress for someone or your server?

how do i find out the IP Adress for my serv or a friends serv? please anwser

There are many ways to do this. Here are some ways. 1. Go to the Master Servers webpage(link:http://mb.srb2.org/masterserver.php). If your friend is hosting look on the left side. There should be the word Address and under that should display the IP addresses of the servers that are hosting. All you have to do is find your friends server and you'll also find his IP address. Now if you want to find your own IP address click the link and it will display your own IP address:http://www.whatismyip.com/ There are many other ways, but I don't want to bore you with words.
