I may need help about my server [Kaizo Sonic Serv]

When I create server in SRB2 Launcher, it disappears. But when I join a server, it's fine! Then once again I host a server, it looks like I didnt even port fowarded.
It's not dedicated. It's a error I guess.. I even have no programs running it. link

EDIT: nvm, server fixed by no reason

Look up 'Port forwarding' thats how you host
