Setting Up a Forum.

Ok. I'm ArmChair as you know. And I wanted to set up a forum of my own, phpBB3. Does anysone know how to do this? Or can help me?

This is suggestions and help for SRB2, and furthermore, we don't really like competition when it comes to forums. I might have let this slide if it were in general discussion, since its borderline, but you put it in the wrong forum, and there were several complaints.
