Well as far as I see, I beated the game in 3 minutes, yet the secret checklist says to beat it in 8 minutes to unlock the Lock-on. Why's what? And why do levels from SRZ2 to GMZ3 don't have the option to Time Attack?

...You must've done something wrong. As far as I know, 3 minutes isn't possible. Chances are, you haven't completed all of the levels yet, which is why SRZ2-GMZ3 aren't time-attack-able.

I played until I got to the final Eggman that shoots you multiple lazers, and completed the entire game. Then went to the secret checklist, did the time attack, and nothing happened. It still seems possible to get 3 minutes if you only have to do WVZ1 to SRZ1. 4 levels right there.
