Lol, but this topic should not ever be bumped...its the lamest thing to ever come into existance, whats worse is that the creator of the wad released it...

Well, I'm gonna go ahead and point out that you don't seem to get what an OGG is.
An OGG is not simply a wave audio file, it has to be in a certain format.
This is clearly an MP3 or a WAVE, not an OGG.
 
I did, 65 MB seems like a good estimate. It's funny, I downloaded this, then a few minutes later I heard the song on TV,

It sucks of course.
