Type SOUNDTEST 234 in the console to see if that's what you're looking for.

Well, DSVICTR1, DSVICTR2, DSVICTR3 and DSVICTR4 are included in srb2.srb but they don't play anything.

Yes, SRB2 still uses those for custom characters. Sonic, Tails, and Knuckles does not use them, however.

The Vector WAD by CZ64 has it, but it doesn't play it.

In order for the sound to play, you have to kill somebody as that character in Match/CTF.

My version of Metal Sonic also uses it.
