That banner was used for 2.0.5's release...

In other words, it's really old.

I think this could be used for SRB2 2.1.
Tell me if I'm wrong but, 2.0.5 wasn't a HUGE release compared to 2.0.1 (or something like this) So, why is this banner used for this version?

Actually, I don't speak literally above about this, but a soon different like Sonic Tails and Knuckles instead of only Sonic. Or will it be that had old updatings in the middle of the current ones?

It's using an old sig banner template that was going around a long time ago. I remember when that was a thing. Eugh.
