Better DSDROWN.

When looking inside srb2.srb, I found that DSDROWN is crackly and has a sort of clanky noise at the end of it so I ripped the sound from Sonic 2 which, though half the sample rate of the offical one, sounds cleaner.

Acutally, I think that clanky sound at the end of it is there for a reason. It sounds like you are hitting the side of a fish tank, which goes well with drowning in water. But, well done anyway.
