I can't find "add new code" on my action replay 06

I have the 2006 version of action replay for game cube, but where on it is the add new code button? I can't find it.

What version is it?
The latest version doesn't have "Add New Code".
Mine is 1.14 which still has the add code feature. I think the latest version right now is 1.16, but there may be another higher version.

I have the latest version...so...there's no way whatsoever to add new codes? That SUCKS!
