Fixed Respawning FOFs can cause HOMs while blinking

I think this may only apply to respawning FOFs which are positioned right up against the wall, but this is still an irritating bug.

Anyway, take a look at what happens while a Crumbling, Floating, Bobbing, Respawning platform does while it's blinking:



YAY FOR HOMS!

Guess the FF_CUT* flag(s) need to be removed from those FOF types.
