Default Dino2d.dll File

Ok if you have Sonic CD, and I mean the actual CD, and have a Windows Xp then you have probably seen this.

Well I've managed to figure out that Windows Xp doesn't have this dll installed. I have tried to get my hands on this file but failed many times. One time I got a load of really nasty viruses and spyware. What I really am asking is if anybody has this dll file, or has a windows 95 of 98, could you please upload it. Thank You.
Look at my Avatar. That is what I think of your problems. Life is like a box of chocolates. You eat a lot and it tastes good, then you have a sugar crash and feel like crap, but after the crash, you start to feel better. That is just like my life.
