OS: Windows 7 64-bit
So, for a while now, ` doesn't open the Console by default (It maps to ', even though it's set to `) and if I point it to ` the console will bounce up and down when opened unless I use the ' key to open it up instead. both Shift keys don't work at all in SRB2, and unless I bind Space to something, pressing it makes SRB2 exit. As far as I know, all other keys work fine. (F8 still takes screenshots and stuff.)
Also, I have plugged in a external USB keyboard and the exact same thing happens regardless.
