The inability to speak on-the-spot does not render someone stupid/unintelligent.
 
People make mistakes. It happens. Not everyone has the ability to speak perfectly without being prepared. Regardless of how stupid it may make them look, it doesn't change their intelligence, as stated earlier. To say otherwise would be stupid.

Wasn't there an internet2?
I thought I read somewhere about it working like internet, but safer (No viruses, spyware, etc...)But it was restricted to certain uses.
 
I'm normally on the Republican side, but Bush changed my mind these past..what, 6 years?
