Yes, apparently a "hump" is about half the size of a "bump"... There are several here, including one by the "Middlesex MALL" sign (Which I have yet to take a picture of at night, when it says "M_____sex ALL")

It's not disgusting.. I've seen a couple of 'em near my house.
They're called speed humps because they are bigger.
