Bot kicks all people in my server?

I was just hosting a server when someone by the name of "Victor Rush Turbo" joined and said "I know a shortcut". Everything was fine, until he started leaving and joining again and again at an inhuman rate, and each time he did, someone got kicked. This didn't happen for very long, as there were only about 5 or 6 people in the server. He had kicked all of them in a second. I took a picture of the console:

You could try, Banning Their IP, or Tracking...

I don't believe this is a bot joining, but simply a bug in the game. It happens often and with different players, with different IPs, and crashes the server almost every time.

More of a reason to change The "All clients to Server" system to "client to client"
That way, if one person lags, only they are affected.

I can imagine that looking strange.
A huge lag spike for someone, while you're staring at them and they're stuck in a walking frame.

Client-side netcode has been tried before, it wasn't that successful in reality.

EDIT: Okay maybe that was just my view creeping up there about it's successfulness, but yeah, it's been done in the form of SRB2CS linked in my first line.
