Help me with my ROBLOXIAN wad for SRB2

I was used to play ROBLOX, and i decided to make a WAD for SRB2

But i still dont get how to do this by the correct way

Guys, if some of you can finish and fix my robloxian character, thanks

Just please, make the speed like in ROBLOX, and the draw like mines, im just not good drawing

In my opinion, I think this should be done by using the screenshot technique. Take an ingame screenshot of your character walking in ROBLOX, open the screenshot in paint.net/photoshop, and edit out the background, then you would have a nice nearly exactly the same look as it does in ROBLOX. (I'm Worthlessfool on ROBLOX btw, stopped playing it, but from time to time I go on.)

Im sorry, but i prefer like my draw, i whana make it look cartoonish
