What are the rainbow A score requirements for the special stages?

I think you have to loop around the stage several times while maintaining the highest link possible. I got a rainbow A after looping around the stage 3 times while having a 500-600 link.
The exact requirements:
Floral Field: 200,000 points
Toxic Plateau: 225,000 points
Flooded Cove: 210,000 points
Cavern Fortress: 200,000 points
Dusty Wasteland: 75,000 points
Magma Caves: 125,000 points
Egg Satellite: 160,000 points
Black Hole: 160,000 points
Spring Hill Zone: 170,000 points
By the way, they don't have anything to do with completion. You can unlock Black Hole and everything without achieving these.
