How about a new gametype mode?
Kill the base - A group of players would try to get across the map to reach a Flag and try to destroy it. Once the health of the flag hits zero, the base is taken over for a short time. The flag will respawn if killed, but in order for a player to respawn, his/her teammates must destroy the flag. After the flag is respawned on the other team, All the other players that destroyed the flag (or tried to) would be respawned on their repective team. Players can win the game when "the number of times the flag has been destroyed" hits a specific number set by the server.
But here's an interesting twist (Which is optional if you want to add it), If a player dies on the other team and you happen to kill the other teams Flag, the players that were on the other team are now on your team
So for example:
A blue player dies, The red team destroys the blue teams flag, that blue team member is now on your (Red) team.
