You don't get confrimation, but it depends on the way you sent the wad in an e-mail.

If you sent the Wad to a upload site, chances are that Mystic wont get it and the download will be expired.
If you sent it as an attachment, your chances are greater of Mystic managing to get the file.

I attached it to the e-mail :D ,

but the worst thing that could happen is that it gets into some spam mail filter...
 
Yeesh, if you guys are so uptight about, "DID MYSTIC GET IT OMGWTFBBQ?????!/!?/!?!!?/1/11/1?!1/111eleven/???slash/?/??",

Use Ripway! I use it, and the space given to you for a free account is large enough, because SRB2 wad files aren't usually more than 5 MB. By the way, the link NEVER DIES (unless your account goes inactive, and gets deleted by Ripway, because you haven't logged into it in... I think a month?).

I use it, and you get 30MB.
 
Well, I just remembered I forgot to mention that.

...For use of those people who do not like to use email attachments. =)

That or "Situation Medivo" where your e-mail is skipped by accident.

4Shared is the same, but you get about 1000+ MB. :)
 
You guys are going to make it to where you're required to use email attachments. Seriously, what's so utterly bad about them to the point to where using them is totally out of the question? :\
 
I don't know. But hopefully it won't come to that point. I mean, we'd be better off if he simply said "No free file hosts. Web server/email attachment or bust." Far preferable to email-only.

Honestly, I'd hate it if I had to go through free file hosts to make a contest map. >_>

DO NOT USE FREE FILE HOSTS. I will NOT include those files in the contest pack.

EDIT: Darn, BBcode isn't working.
EDIT2: The reason it wasn't working was because size was too big. The highest it can go is 29, so I put 29.

Your own personal webspace != a free file host. Sepwich is okay, yousendit is not. Hell, freewebs is okay, sendspace is not. See a pattern?

Doesn't look that good, that'd be a not that good entry for SP,
 
<excuse>It's designed to be an early in the game stage. Like level 1 of my upcoming major mod Dimension Glaber.</excuse>

Regardless of that it has to be better then that entry Dooms Day was.

Well, we can't tell that it will be because we can't play it yet. ;) Good luck on making it though.
