The WAD file you're looking for is srb2.srb. You'll most likely find it in the folder you have SRB2 installed in.

Please turn off the cruse control (Caps lock). Honestly I don't see why you just can't unlock this your self. even Dracula X Chronicles gets users like this who don't want to unlock the stuff themselves.
