Ok, the level is done and almost ready for OLDC. It just needs some Beta Testing and eventually some tweaks here and here~

Just like how NiGHTS requires sprites for each angle direction, these angled walking animations would also need to be ported into the character manually.
 
Why hasn't someone put in a rotation algorithm/function yet for sprites? It seems like it would make things like nights so much easier.

Yeah that's pretty much that; I thrown side walking frames into RotSprite to get a complete set of Sonic walking up / down 45 or 90 degrees slopes which are the only supported angles yet anyway. So far I can tell that most custom characters will turn into Sonic recolors / will not be supported at all when they'll be on slopes.

Sonic's frames are now done, walking and running on slopes.
Also the software renderer sucks, I have unfixable slimetrails everywhere ;-;

That's looking pretty fantastic already. Is this something you're going to be releasing once 2.2 eventually happens?

The spike pits look a bit too big for me even if they're easily jumpable.

I do plan to throw it on the IRC when it'll eventually be "done" so people that already have the slopes can play with it. About the spikes; this is maybe because we cannot see the other side, I guess you're right.
