This is a race port of my map for SRB2Kart version of Resort island to SRB2.

I've made some adjustments to include rings in the same areas as the original Sonic R game and added some random monitors near the emblem locations.

I'm so excited to see a Sonic R stage in SRB2. I really love this.
For some CC though, I think the stage itself feels a little small, and some of the textures are either not lined up correctly or too small/too many tiles
