2.0 level configuration for Doom Builder?

I feel like creating a map for the oldc so I was looking for the 2.0 level configuration for doom builder, but I couldn't download it from the wiki. Can anyone send me the file?
 
what you need is a 2.1 config as things changed between 2.0 and 2.1. Like how textures are handeled
