Also a good thing to keep in mind is that, on the average, there are only about 10 people that both visit these forums and chat in #srb2 Esper, and most of them are ops anyways. So if you're expecting the other 300 people on this forum to stand up and back you up, think again. They don't go to the chat room, so they probably don't care.
