Camera looses character in chemical plant zone 2 when going in pink slime.

So this originally happened with my character, metalknux, when I jumped into the pink goo, went under, the camera kept behind the wall, and it lost my character.

To rule out the chance this was just because metalknux is programmed to be faster than sonic, I tried it with sonic.

Different area, the first part of that level where you have to jump under and through, but same glitch.

Same area, same glitch. Ignore the noclip commands, that was just to get back there after the initial occurrence.

Apologies if this is a known bug, but I looked through the first 3-4 pages, and saw nothing.

I am using 2.1.16, on the OpenGL renderer, not tested on any other rendering systems.

EDIT: To clarify how to reproduce this glitch: Go to any part of any level with pink goo that has a very tall wall you need to sink under (Like the places shown in the pictures, can be done on the beginning of chemical plant act 2) now jump from enough height to go under the wall, but wait until you float up and hit the bottom of this wall, slowly move past the barrier, and the camera will jam at the wall. It will rejoin you if you do things like climb a wall, or move far enough away, but it shouldn't happen anyways.

The camera seems to have issues whenever it gets stuck behind a Floor Over Floor. This used to be an issue to me in THZ2 Time attacking at the beginning of the map, because the camera kept getting caught on the FOF above the goop and the camera wouldn't release back to the character.
