How to make playable characters not able to spin, I mean Sonic doesn't have his S_SKIN1 in his sonic.plr, cuz all sonic's data is in source code, except sprites.
I want sonic tails and knux to walk and not able to do ground spin or spindash.

You can't modify the stats of the three default characters, it's simply impossible. For custom characters, ability2 = 1 will suffice, but I think you know that already.
