when i host on srb2 nobody can join my games

OK...i host on srb2 and i know I'm supposed to have port 5029 forwarded (i don't know how to) and i check off Internet server and last month i had com-cast as my isp and net-games were fine now i have at&t and no body can see my server it says the port forwarded is Port: (61746) why isn't it 5029 no router modem please help me i just want to host a decent net-game.

Are you sure nobody can see your game? Have a SRB2 playing friend check that.

You guys need to forward port 5029 on a TCP/UDP connection.

Also, I happen to have a handy little application that tells you if you forwarded the port correctly. Just input the port number wherever nessasary.

Mine does this to I knew because knowone was joining my games for a long time so I minamized the game and opened up a second one and it said there were no servers.

I was just wondering: My laptop and my brother's laptop bet internet from a router hooked up to my parents desktop. If I portforward, then will my brother lose internet when I net-game?
