He probably wanted to post pics for a wad he's making, so he may have thought it simply dealt with SRB2.

But, yeah, it's too generic to be limited to SRB2.

Plus, if you were making a wad, you should have added it to your wad topic anyway.

Plus, it would have belonged in the Help forum anyway.
