Netgame help!

I can't start a netgame, everytime I try to it says "TIMEOUT ON MASTERSERVER (next line) CONENCTION TO MASTERSERVER FAILED" and I need help fixing it!

EDIT: It works if I don't advertise on internet.
 
you were on the ban list, but was removed a while ago

never roleplayed, maybe someone thought I did
anyways, i still can't connect, now it gives the error:

"Registering this server to the master server...
cannot connect to the master server"

...dunno why
 
It probably has to do with your type of connection... I have times when I couldnt connect to the master server... Maybe try and get a better one if you can...
