Eeeh, a group of us on #srb2fun tried to get this to work but because the tournament games always started automatically before everyone joined the server it was a bit of a mess. Sorry but no luck getting things to work here.
It honestly seems a bit more practical to just play in private rooms because then at least we can wait for everyone to join before the race starts.

Yeah, I haven't even been able to get a netgame to work with 2.1. Why not just use 2.0.7?
Because so many things planned need 2.1's code, such as physics, general rendering additions/changes, and lua.
