Y'know how Sonic Adventure has that NiGHTS pinball game? Well if you get to the second board and shoot Sonic up really high, he will go into a space-like area and follow NiGHTS around through some hoops, then when you get back to the table, you can fall down and go into the cool NiGHTS world with the hills and sky and stuff. Once you pass through the thing in the middle, a sound effect plays and you get another orb (I don't know what these orbs are called, I never really played NiGHTS). I'm pretty sure you can get all of the orbs.. but what happens when you DO get them all? I haven't managed to do it!

Nevermind, I found out what happens! :D

NiGHTS Pinball -
That's right.. it's another pinball game and this game pays homage to
SonicTeam's landmark Sega Saturn title, NiGHTS into Dreams! This game
offers the most replay value and to most rings for the play. It
features two levels of play and even a fly through the original NiGHTS
landscape! Cool! Here's a bit of info on playing this pinball game sent
to me by SA player Kurt Asbestos:

"It's actually very much like the actuall Nights game. When you go
to the top section, all you have to do is collect one blue chip
card (the blue orb). The Ideya capture (the big floaty thing in
the top center) will drop the Ideya (the sparkly orb thing
contained within the center). Now you must hit Sonic to the top
left side so he flies through the Twin Seeds level from Nights. You
will collect one Ideya. When Sonic returns to the pinball machine,
let him drop through the middle, and he will fly through the Spring
Valley level from Nights. When he passes the shrine-thingie with
Nights in it, he drops off the Ideya you just collected. After
collecting four Ideyas (just like in Nights, you start out with the
red Ideya), you win the game. As far as I can tell, all that
happens when you win the game is you get 300 or so rings.

Anyone willing to do this? :P

Yeah, I've done it before, isn't really worth the effort. I had 999 rings by the time I had pulled it off.

Your ring count actually keeps going after you get 999. It showed I had 999, but I took 'em over to the deposit thingie and it showed like 1200.

I had trouble getten up to that area, so I only ended up with 2 orbs and 412 rings. It's to hard, but so is the rest of the game.

phazon sonic, you are not a true "Sonic Player" if the NiGHTS pinball table is so hard for you that you haven't even put in the effort to gain the skills so that every game of NiGHTs pinball you play gives you even 700 rings from it.

"It's to hard, and so is the rest of the game"
First of all, *too.

Second.. HOW IS SONIC ADVENTURE HARD?!

Well have you fully beaten the game? It's pretty hard to do that, becuase i havent done that. Damn emblems. Also I couldent find that blob thing so that also made things harder.

I played NiGHTS pinball to the part where you fly around with the NiGHTS guy, and then you get dumped back into the table. I diddn't bother doing more, since you can beat casinopolis by simply going through the dilapitated way.

yep.

and all emblems in SA2, and Sonic Heroes

Well I'm not a very big pinball fan, I'm more of a super sonic stage fan, But I kinda liked the nights pinball so that why I tryed it, It gets really annoying when you can't get any of those blob cards and can't get to that area, so It gets very boring after a while.
