Server unavailable on Master Server

Hello, I've forwarded my port to be able to host games during 2.1.15, and it worked fine, but, I came back, to try and host a game on 2.1.17, and when I checked to see if it was working on the Master Server's page, it simply said, "Unreachable". Was the server port changed for 2.1.17? If it was, I'd like to know how to forward my port again for this version. Thank you.

The server port is still 5029 UDP.
Maybe your internal IP has recently changed? It happened to me twice over a span of around three years.

open "cmd" and check your IPv4, using the command ipconfig, see if the port still uses the same, If it changed, well ... change it.

How do I change it, the time I did portforward isn't really a clear memory, and Google really isn't helping.
