it just happenes a few minutes ago. as soon as i shut down, it said this memory could not be read 5 times for 5 references! what do i do?
I use windows xp
also multiple types of the same program are running in taskmanager

Sometimes, my computer gives random error messages about "[application] has experienced a problem and must close." I always shrug them off.
Basically, if you get this a lot, and your computer isn't f'd up by now, there's really nothing to worry about.

svchost.exe is Windows NT's (and children like XP and Vista) internal service process. Each instance of it operates entirely differently. It is normal for there to be somewhere around eight or so running at the same time with different memory usages.
