Help finding game file

Okay so here's the thibg I found this great hack for the PC version of sonic adventure DX that gives you free use of super sonic but to use it you need this file: MainMemory's 'sonic - superfix.exe'. The problem is I haven't been able to find it anywhere so if anyone here knows where to get it please send me a download link.
