Help creating a certain kind of platform?

I want to know if there's a way to design an downward-moving elevator that only works if you step on it and returns to its original position when you step off it. Ideally, I want the ceiling to move down at the same time, but I'm focusing on the down elevator right now.

I know about that linedef, but I can't figure out how to make it fall instead of rise.
