I don't see what the big deal is. He stole someone's data and sort it for money. That's theft. Sure, it's a video game, but it's still theft.

Yup, on an auction website. Since it was an unfair advantage, it seems like theft to me. I still find it kind of funny that it was called a "Virtual Mugging" by the website, though.
