I'm trying to set up DoomBuilder to run SRB2 to test my level in progress, and it's working fine. Except that I don't know the parameter to turn the music off. I like to have WinAmp playing while testing, and I can't do that because it mixes with the SRB2 music. So....help?

What part of 'RETIRED' don't you understand?

In 1.09, -nomusic will disable all music. For 1.08 however, you'll need to use -nomusic to turn off MIDI, and -nodigmusic to turn off the digital music.

-nosound turns off SFX.

ohhhh it was in the parameter thing? I thought it was in the console thing

Makes me wonder if there'll be a -nomidi parameter in v1.09.

No use, you say? I say there's a use: -debug makes the MIDI thing time out, which results in annoying pauses. No fun, that.
