i think the level select is borked, i cant select levels after getting the chaos emeralds

what happened?!

Level select doesn't work in later 1.09.3.x versions 'cus we need a new SRB2.srb, which we don't get until 1.09.4.

1.09.3's level select is borked due to changing how it's structured. Please wait until 1.09.4. It'll be fixed then.

Lostgame, please be a LITTLE less harsh on the n00b bashing. This would have been possible to find out on his own, but it IS a legitimate question.

Level select works in SRB2JTE because it still uses the srb2.srb from 1.09.3.
