Ultimate Skill, again.

I have a few questions about the ultimate skill. I know there is another topic, but I didn't want to bump. Anyway, what IS the skill, and how do I get it?
 
Beat Very Hard mode..
You try to get through the game with one life and no rings.
 
your supposed to get Sonic Golf if you beat it, but not in this version :mrgreen: . In spmoves you get Srb2 Universe.
