The OS installed on my old laptop is Windows 8. This led me to install 8 on this computer. It can't be an hardware problem (I've hosted with this computer during versions 2.0.x). Maybe some kind of software conflict? Messed up Windows updates? I don't know. At least I know it's not a Router related issue.

I'm not saying it is a hardware issue. I'm saying that it isn't entirely surprising that an out of date machine will work better in this case.

Unfortunately upgrading to Windows 8 didn't help. The ports still appear not forwarded on Srb2 MS. I don't know what to do now.. Any suggestion? ( The laptop still hosts just fine.)

I found out what the problem was. The IPv4 with this pc wasn't the same as the one in the router settings. I can finally host with this Pc.
