Help with Computer Issues

I recently(months ago) drivescrubbed my computer, and when I did this, I did have a reinstallation cd, but unfortunately I forgot the serial number to it, so I can't reinstall hardware and drives that are important back to my computer, and I was wondering if anyone knew a way I could restore important hardwire and files to a dell computer thats been drivescrubbed without using the recovery/reinstallation cd.

Can't find the serial sticker?

Don't they have to give that to you by law when you buy any computer?

Yes, but if you lose it then you have to call them and probably have them send another one, but i finally fixed my computer since I was able to find the product key thanks to the help of someone off a forum.
