Haloscan Virus?

After every few minutes, my computer says that the following website has been blocked:
http :// www . haloscan . com / load / foxl

I can't get to another site or figure out why it does this so I asked here. Is the site rated bad on WOT? Is it very dangerous to have? Do I have to unplug my internet cable?

Or is it just normal?

Please help me, I want to go back to SRB2 netgames without worring about this crap...

myWOT gives it about a 90 in each category, but there are only three reviews, so it's possible they're fake.

But why does it HAVE to load it every so often. I don't even know about Haloscan and it sounds like a fake scanner that instantly downloads the trojan.

It also sounds as if a program running on startup is trying to run the thing every so often. I don't reccomind McAfee's ratings but myWOT isn't doing that much.

Edit:
Every time when I start SRB2, it trys to run the site. This also happens when I connect to the internet vai joining netgames. It also ran while I had Windows Media Player in full screen.
